Pleasant E. Williams Jr. PORTSMOUTH - Pleasant Eugene Williams Jr., 55, of Loxley Road, died March 4, 2009, in a Portsmouth hospital. A native of Portsmouth, he was a control room operator for Virginia Dominion Power. He was a member of Good Shepherd Community Chapel.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa A. Williams; his mother, Willie Bains Williams; two sons, John Jacob Williams and Robert Edward Williams, all of Portsmouth; an aunt; and a host of cousins.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Grove Park Baptist Church by the Rev. Jerry Johnson. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, Sunday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. www.SturtevantFuneralHome.com.
