Susan Bailey Lee, a former resident of Portsmouth, passed away on Jan. 25, 2001, in New York City, after a valiant battle with cancer.

Susan was a 1969 graduate of Cradock High School. She is survived by her husband, Edward Lee, her daughter, Lanaea, and her son, Bleu, all of New York City. She is also survived by her parents, Evelyn and Howard Bailey; and her brother, Bill, and his wife, Rhonda; two nieces, Bari Marland and her husband, Wade, and Stacie Wyatt and her husband, Dale; a great-niece, Bailey Marland; as well as numerous relatives and friends who loved her.
