Robert E. Seed Jr.

Chesapeake - Robert Edward Seed, Jr., 63, of the 4000 block of Oak Moss Court, died Friday, December 6, 2013. A native of Portsmouth, he was retired from the City of Portsmouth as superintendent of construction for public utilities.

Survivors include a son, Robert Paul Seed of Chesapeake; a sister, Barbara Lee Birdseye; three granddaughters, Paige, Savannah and Amelia Seed; and two nieces, Betty Arredondo and Barbara Pepple and her husband Tim and their daughter, Michelle.
