Virginia Beach - Margaret "Peggy" (Flowers) Edwards went to be with the Lord on May 22, 2015. with her husband Bill and her family at her side. Peggy was born Sept. 17, 1949 to Margaret and Everett Flowers. Peggy is survived by her husband Bill Edwards; her daughter Shelly Rocha (J.R.) of Va. Beach, VA; and her daughter Amanda Besso (Mac) of Va. Beach, VA; her brother Fred Flowers of Norfolk, VA; a special niece Marsha Sanderlin (Julian) of Camden, NC; and a large family of nieces and nephews from both Va. Beach and Camden. Peggy was a graduate of Cradock High School, Portsmouth, VA. She enjoyed her artwork and showing their Burmese show cats. She cherished her family and she cared for everyone she met. She will surely be missed. The family would like to thank Sentara Hospice House in Va. Beach, especially Tenicka and all the wonderful staff and friends for their loving devotion to her.
