Virginia Beach - Rick peacefully passed from this life on December 12, 2013. He is survived by his mother, Polly Lewis Frazier; his sister, Linda Frazier Allred; his brothers, Bob Frazier, Tom Frazier, Willy Frazier and Larry Frazier; and by his former wife, Lou Thompson. He was predeceased by his father, James Frazier and sister, Ginger Frazier Bondoc.

Rick was a 1965 graduate of Cradock High School and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He retired from CSX while living in Pinetops, NC and spent his later years in Virginia Beach, VA.

Rick's life will be celebrated at his favorite establishment, the South Beach Grill, 1091 Norfolk Ave., Virginia Beach on Friday, December 20, from 2 to 4 p.m. Family and friends are all invited.
