PORTSMOUTH – Doris Wylie Vick, 70, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2015. She was born in Portsmouth on August 20, 1944 to the late Charles and Dorothy Wylie. Doris was a 1962 graduate of Cradock High School and went on to graduate as an RN nurse from Portsmouth General Hospital Nursing School.

She is survived by her two daughters, Donna V. Blake and her husband Brian and Tracy D. Vick and her fiancé Bruce Kelley, Jr.; the love of her life, Robert D. Vick; a sister, Charlotte Stanley; two brothers, Wayne and Larry Wylie; and five grandchildren, Joshua Kelley, Bryce Blake, Blayne Kelley, Seth Blake and Evan Kelley.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, February 14, 2015 in Pinecrest Baptist Church by Rev. Tom Potter. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel on Friday evening from 6 – 8 PM.
