PORTSMOUTH - Wayne Roger White, 66, passed away June 20,

2011 in his home.  Mr.  White was born in Portsmouth, the son of the late Foy R.  White and Charlotte Upton White.  He was a master electrician and was the founder, owner and operator of BFW Electrical and General Contracting for the past 37 years.  He attended and was a member of St.

Paul's Catholic Church.  Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Frances Buckley White; three children, David White and wife Veronica, Billy White and Cathy White; four grandchildren, Annabelle, Steven, Jonathon and Katelyn; and his brother, Donnie White and wife Donna.  Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two siblings, Margie Lewis and Elton "Buddy" White.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m.

Thursday in St.  Paul's Catholic Church by Fr.  David Cupps.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.  A Christian wake service will be held at 6 p.m.  Wednesday at Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made Bon Secours Hospice, 3636 High St., Portsmouth, VA 23707.
