 Frank Whitlock Class of 1957 | Richmond-Times Dispatch Jesse Franklin Whitlock, Jr. (Franklin), age 53, of Richmond, died September 29, 1991. He is survived by his mother, Margaret Agnes Whitlock, one sister, Jean Whitlock Baines of Northern VA. Mr. Whitlock was a dedicated UVA fan, and donated the school flag for football games. His remains rest at the Joseph W. Billey Funeral Home's Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Rd, where services will be held Tuesday 2:00 p.m. Interment Dale Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. |
