Arlene Johnston Lindsay, 77, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 in Virginia Beach.

Mrs. Lindsay was born in Portsmouth to the late Earl and Sarah Parker Johnston. She was the widower of Lisle A. Lindsay, Jr.

Arlene was a realtor of 30 years in the Chesapeake, Tidewater area. She was member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Assoc., Tidewater Builders Assoc. and a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Theresa Lindsay Cross and husband Bill; a son, Lisle A. Lindsay, III and wife Rosie; three grandchildren, Lindsay, William, and Stefanie.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday at B.W. Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth. A graveside funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016 in Olive Branch Cemetery, Portsmouth.
