Portsmouth - Donna Webber Shockley, 77, a lifelong resident of Cradock, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015 in Winterville, NC. A native of MO, she was a retired purchasing agent for Norfolk Naval Shipyard, a member of Beazley Senior Center and a Cradock High School Alumni. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Shockley and a son, Johnnie Grimes.

Survivors include three sons, Joshua (Jay) L. Grimes V of Chesapeake, David K. (Keith) Grimes and wife Melinda of Va. Beach and Mark Grimes and wife Terri of NC; seven grandchildren, Jeremy, Tiffany, Anthony, Lindsay, Alanna, David and Abbi; and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 6, at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by Rocky Delauri. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6-8 p.m.
