Portsmouth - Nathan A. Wall Jr. went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, May 3, 2014. He is survived by his wife Betty, 5 children, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, Man's best friend Riley, 3 brothers and 1 sister.

A celebration of his life will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 6 in The Open Door Church, 816 Kings Fork Rd., Suffolk by the Rev. Tony Peaks. A visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors Project in his honor. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
