The Virginian-Pilot, (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, March 26, 1991 Robert David Oliver , 54, of 3300 block of Greenwood Drive, died March 22, 1991, in a hospital.
Mr. Oliver , a native of Blacksburg, Va., was employed with Vico Construction Co., Chesapeake. He had served in the Air Force.
Survivors include a son, Charles E. Oliver of North Carolina, and two brothers, Joel E. Oliver and Donald R. Oliver , both of Portsmouth.
The graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Nathan Wall. Friends may join the family at 605 City Park Ave. Sturtevant Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
