Dear brother of William Bruce Lumsden, of Rialto, CA and Barbara (William) Noel, of Portsmouth, VA. Services Tuesday 11:00AM, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Waterford. Burial in Highland Memorial Park, New Berlin, at 2PM. Visitation Tuesday 9-10:45AM in church. Memorials to the American Cancer Society.
