Barbara Ann Wilson , 57, of the 4200 block of Taylor Road, died May 23, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.

Mrs. Wilson , a native of High Point, N.C., was employed at the Branch Medical Clinic, Norfolk Naval Shipyard. She was a member of Park View Christian Church, Chesapeake, and Women of the Moose Lodge (NU)898, Portsmouth.

Survivors include one daughter, Vicki Lynn Outten of Chesapeake; three sons, David Lee Wood and James Franklin Wood, both of Chesapeake, and Glenn Robert Wilson of Lavallette, N.J.; her mother, Hazel Allred Parker of Portsmouth; two sisters, Betty Morgan of Virginia Beach and Brenda Mitchusson of Solomons, Md.; two brothers, James V. Allred of Virginia Beach and William Ronald Allred of Suffolk; four grandchildren, Charlotte Roberta Wood, Jessica Valerie Wood, David Lee Wood Jr., and Robert Warren Outten Jr.; and best friend and companion, Robert Lauver of Portsmouth.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by Dr. Bob Danner. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to North Shore Animal League, Port Washington, N.Y.
