Audrey Meadows Hill, 72, of Summerville, went to be with the Lord on June 11, 2008. Audrey was a devoted wife of Bobby E. Hill for 52 years.

Memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 10 o'clock at Bethany United Methodist Church, Summerville. Inurnment will be held at 2:30 in Beaufort National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany United Methodist Church, 118 W. 3rd South Street, Summerville, SC 29483.

Audrey was born July 6, 1935 in Ballengee, West Virginia, daughter of the late Marvin C. and Velma Flint Meadows. She was a graduate of Craddock High School, Portsmouth, Virginia. She retired as a secretary with St. Andrews Lutheran Church and was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are one son, Steven C. Hill and his wife Casey of Summerville; two brothers, Marvin C. Meadows, Jr. and his wife Helen of Virginia Beach, VA and Lynwood Meadows and his wife Vera of Trinity, Texas; one sister, Vera Agosta and her husband Gus of Ocala, FL; four grandchildren, Avery, Amber, Autumn and Apple, all of Summerville.
