CHESAPEAKE - Joyce Spivey England, 77, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011. She was born in Portsmouth to the late Vernon and Elizabeth Spivey. She was the longtime manager of Cradock High School cafeteria, the owner/operator of England's Doll and Toys and a member of Cradock Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her grandson, Justin England. She is survived by her loving husband, Vernon England Jr.; two sons, Vernon "Rusty" England III and wife Karen and David L. England and wife Cheryl; and two granddaughters whom called her "Granny Babies," Catherine "Catie" England and Heather England. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, in Olive Branch Cemetery.
