Kenneth A. Revels -- MURRELLS INLET

Master Sgt. Kenneth Arlen Revels, retired, 73, of Woodlake Village, died Sunday, November 11, 2007.

Mr. Revels was born in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, a son of the late I. W. and Ellen Revels. He was a Master Sgt. in the U.S. Air Force, serving our country in Vietnam. He then retired from a career with the Department of Health & Human Services in Washington, D.C. In addition, he worked for the Bluegreen Corp. in Myrtle Beach.

Mr. Revels is survived by his wife, Judy L. Revels of Murrells Inlet; daughter, Julie Meyers and husband, Jeff, of Gravios Mills, Mo.; stepchildren, Stephen Eargle of Myrtle Beach and Cynthia Stafford and husband, John, of Orlando, Fla.; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and brother, Michael Revels and his wife, Gayle, of Umatilla, Fla.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel.
