Grovetown, GA - Mrs. William K. (Miriam Lewis) Rogers, Jr. of 5300 Woodland Drive, died Friday in University Hospital, Augusta. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Bellevue Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Lillie Matthews officiating. Mrs. Rogers was a native of Rocky Mountain, N.C. and lived 17 years in the Augusta area. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Faith Chapel, North Augusta. Survivors include her husband; four sons, William K. Rogers, III. Don M. Rogers, Richard L. Rogers and Ron T. Rogers, all of Augusta; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Elzie T. Lewis, Grovetown; two sisters, Jean Surtees, Louisville, KY; and Linda DePrato, Gairfield, Ohio; and two brothers, Tom Lewis, San Francisco, and John Lewis, Richmond, VA. Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road, is in charge of arrangements. |
