PORTSMOUTH - Barbara Watkins Bisese, 76, died Dec. 18, 2009. Mrs. Bisese, a native of South Norfolk, was the daughter of the late Wilbur D. and Bertie E. Williams. She was a dental assistant for her late husband, Dr. P.J. "Pat" Bisese, a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, and formerly served as church secretary. Survivors include a brother, Lee "Bubba" Watkins and wife Judy of Chesapeake; nieces and nephews, Leiann Watkins (John), Connie Utterback (Eddie), Sherri Williams, James Watkins, Robbie Williams; and a great- niece, Kristen Utterback. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, in Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth, by the Rev. Michael Boehling. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral.
