Mary Jane Oliver-Smith
Class of 1949

Chesapeake - Mary Jane Oliver Smith, wife of Rev. Dr. Carlton E. Smith, went to be with the Lord on March 25, 2015. She was loved greatly by her husband of 64 years and her children, Cynthia Sweet, Kim Hudson, Suzan Smith and Chip Smith and her extended family which consists of ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She has made a great impact as wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, mother-in-law and friend. We all have concluded that "She was special".

A celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, April 18, at 1 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 1629 Jolliff Road, Chesapeake, VA.
