CHESAPEAKE - Geraldine B. Cuthriell, 79, of the 1700 block of Dock Landing Road, died Aug. 10, 2001, at her residence. A native of Cradock, Mrs. Cuthriell was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Floyd S. Cuthriell; a daughter, Judith A. Johnson and husband Bob of Portsmouth; three sisters, Miriam Sumrell of Virginia Beach, Marilyn Orlando and husband Jim of Virginia Beach and Carolyn Miltier and husband Lewis of Chesapeake; three granddaughters, Terri Fletcher and husband Hal, Catherine Y. Dees and husband John and Kimberly D. Shaw and husband Les; four great-grandchildren, Aaron Dees, Kyle Fletcher, Zachary Shaw and Madison Shaw.

A graveside service will be conducted at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens in Suffolk at 11 a.m. Monday. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
