Hollis Lee Ergenbright

Cpl. Hollis Lee Ergenbright, a native of Covington, Virginia, died November 7, 1988. Mr. Ergenbright graduated from Virginia Tech in 1957 with a bachelors degree in Industrial Arts. He taught at Churchland High School from 1957 to 1965. In 1965, he left teaching to pursue a career in insurance and later operated Churchland Agency. In 1977 he began working for Wyatt Realty as a real estate agent. He returned to the classroom in 1978 and taught at Manor, Wilson, and Cradock High Schools.
 

Mr. Ergenbright was a member of the Churchland Masonic Lodge, Lions Club, and Scottish Rite Bodies, He also was a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ergenbright, a stepdaughter, Toni Cook, and a son, Gregory Ergenbright.

Cradock lost a dear friend and teacher on November 7, 1988, He will be greatly missed.
