Ann Kalkreuth Mulder Caldwell, 48, died June 8, 1991, in a hospital.

Mrs. Caldwell, a native of Camp Cook, Calif., was the widow of Thomas Caldwell. She was a past member of Biltmore Baptist Church.Survivors include four sons, James Mulder of Portsmouth, Timothy Mulder and Jeffrey Mulder, both of Tucson, Ariz., and Robert Mulder of Ahoskie, N.C.; his parents, Eileen Kalkreuth and Robert Kalkreuth, of Portsmouth; a brother, Robert Kalkreuth Jr. of Portsmouth; and two grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Chapel. Burial will be private. Friends may join the family from 7 to 9 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
