Frances Geraldine Williams-Ramsey
Class of 1953

Frances Geraldine Ramsey, 80, died April 24, 2015. A native of Wilson County, North Carolina, she was predeceased by her husband, Aubrey L. Ramsey; and parents, John S. and Lela Pridgen Williams. Geraldine was a retired cafeteria monitor at Western Branch Intermediate School and member of Alexander Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Doris Vick and husband Gary; son, William Ramsey and wife Mary; sister, Barbara Stephens; brother, John Williams and wife Amy; four grandchildren, Jennifer White and husband Jon, Eric Vick, Margaret Turner and Cody Turner; and her dogs, Rascal and Jasper.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 28, at 3 PM in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hope Haven, Union Mission.
