Blessings

I awoke this morning

And what did I see

A bright sunny day

Made just for me.

I paused for a minute

And fell to my knees

And thanked the Lord

For all of these

Special moments

Of which I’m so pleased.

I continued my prayer

And remembered to say

How blessed are we

To enjoy this day.

Sometimes we forget

To thank Him above

For giving us all

His infinite love.

So as you arise tomorrow

And start a new day

Remember to thank Him

For sending your way

So many blessings

That cause you to say…

Thanks!!
